Return Policy
Returns and Warranty Plants
If you are not 100% satisfied with your plant(s), contact us to arrange for a replacement.
Returns and Warranty Merchandise
All returns must be pre-authorized by the Returns department and receive a return merchandise authorization number (RA#)
before shipping back.
ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WARRANTY PUMPS, MUST BE SHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Up to 30 days after purchase a full refund is available if the product
is
in re-sellable condition. After 30 days a 15% restocking charge applies
to all items in re-sellable condition. Any product held over 90 days is
non-refundable.
All items, especially pumps, will be put through a series of quality assurance tests by the Returns Department.
Credit will only be issued for items that are deemed unusable and within
warranty. Product found to be in working condition will
not be credited and shipping back will be taken care of by you.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt.
Signed delivery receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived "complete and without damage".
You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty.
Clams will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed "complete and without damage"!
Be sure to inspect liner rolls carefully since they damage easily!
Sales Tax
Illinois residents will be subject to a
6.75% Sales Tax.
Standard Truck Freight Shipments Extra Shipping Expenses
Minimum truck freight charge is $90. Aquascape Designs must be notified
if an order is being shipped to a residential neighborhood. Deliveries
to residential neighborhoods
and products needing to be redelivered will each incur an additional
charge of $25.00. All commercial deliveries must have a loading dock or
an additional fee will be applied to the order
for a lift gate truck. Someone capable of unloading a commercial
freight shipment mus tt be present to unload deliver.
Any additional fees due to shipment refusal will be the customer's
responsibility. Be aware of these requirements when placing an order.
The following products MUST be shipped by truck:
- Grande Biofalls© and Grande Skimmers
- 3" x 100' rolls of pvc pipe
- All liner rolls
- Underlayment rolls
- All custom cut liners over 150 lbs. (500 sq. ft.)
- Standard Biofalls (also included in Standard Pond Kits)
- Underlayment over 750 sq. ft.
- All pre-forms (except Victoria and the St. Lawrence and Rio Grande water courses)
- Large pond kits
